About the Founder
Chasity Perrodin, M.S., PMP -Founder & Principal Consultant
TriBEL Consulting was not just a business idea, it was a calling. During a season of personal transition and deep spiritual awakening, God revealed a vision that became the foundation of my work today. The name TriBEL was divinely inspired, representing both the Holy Spirit’s guidance and the legacy of my three sons: Bryant, Elliot, and Legend.
TriBEL means tribe — community, identity, and belonging.
It means building something that outlives you.
It means doing work led by purpose, integrity, and faith.
My calling is to empower organizations that serve families, children, and communities by helping them secure the resources, systems, and strategic clarity needed to create lasting impact.
My Journey
I bring more than a decade of experience across education, philanthropy, public health, and nonprofit leadership. Over the years, my work has spanned grant development for multimillion-dollar federal, state, and foundation opportunities; strategic advisory and capacity building for coalitions and mission-driven organizations; project management, workflow design, and CRM optimization; development operations for national education institutions; and leadership in workforce development and trauma-informed community programming. As a PMP-certified project manager, I lead with structure, vision, and excellence—yet I remain grounded in humility, empathy, and a genuine heart for service.
Why I Do This Work
My sons are my greatest teachers. They remind me every day of the kind of world we are building for the next generation—one where access, equity, safety, and opportunity are not privileges but a given. TriBEL is my offering, my legacy, my testimony, and my yes to God. I believe that strategic consulting can be both spirit-led and data-driven, and that organizations thrive when clarity, alignment, and funding meet purpose.
